• Delivery services operate strictly within the North-East region.
• Fulfillments to locations outside North-East India are currently not supported.

• Intra-City Guwahati: 24 to 48 hours for in-stock components and assembled systems.
• Assam Major District Hubs: 2 to 4 business days.
• Regional North-Eastern State Capitals: 3 to 5 business days.
• Remote, Hill, and Border Districts: 4 to 7 business days, dependent on terrain and weather conditions.

• Customers may choose direct in-store collection from verified vendor showrooms across Guwahati and major regional towns.
• Store pickup enables instant physical verification, bench-testing, and direct unboxing with certified technicians.

• Customers must inspect the outer packaging before signing the courier proof of delivery (POD).
• Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours to info@sevenconnect.in accompanied by continuous unboxing video evidence.
