• This Privacy Policy is an electronic agreement formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023.
• This document satisfies the evidentiary conditions prescribed under Section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), 2023 and does not require physical or digital signatures.
• By accessing the Seven Connect partner workspace, creating an account, or interacting with buyers through our platform, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and handling of your data in accordance with this policy.

• Seven Connect operates primarily and specifically for North-East India.
• All merchant accounts, catalog publications, quotation workflows, and buyer lead distributions are governed by the laws of India and regional commercial practices applicable to North-East India.
• Partners operating outside this territory acknowledge that marketplace visibility and merchant lead distribution are bounded to serviceable regional areas.

• Partner Identifying Information: Business trade name, contact person name, email address, mobile number, store location coordinates, physical showroom/warehouse address, and password credentials.
• Statutory KYC Documents: Officially Valid Documents (OVDs), Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), Permanent Account Number (PAN), Trade License/Shop & Establishment Certificate, and authorized brand dealership certificates.
• Bank & Transaction Details: Beneficiary name, bank account numbers, IFSC codes, and payment verification records for settlement and subscription management.
• Catalog & Commercial Records: Product listings, serial numbers, stock availability, pricing quotations, and brand warranty declarations.
• Technical Telemetry: IP addresses, session identifiers, audit logs, and device configurations used to access the partner workspace.

• Direct 1-to-1 Merchant Routing: Matching buyer inquiries from sevenconnect.in solely and exclusively with the specific verified regional reseller or distributor chosen by the buyer (strictly zero multi-vendor broadcasting or lead syndication).
• Merchant Credibility Verification: Conducting KYC verification and anti-counterfeit audits before granting "Verified Partner" status.
• Exclusive Quotation Dispatch: Notifying the chosen partner in real-time when buyers request price quotes, custom PC assemblies, or CCTV configurations.
• Platform Security & Auditability: Maintaining transparent audit trails of catalog updates, orders, and inquiries to prevent cyber security incidents and fraudulent activity.
• Statutory Compliance: Retaining commercial invoices and transaction records as mandated by Indian GST and taxation laws.

• Strict No-Sale Commitment: Seven Connect never sells, leases, or trades partner or customer information to third-party advertisers, marketing agencies, or data brokers.
• Direct 1-to-1 Lead Routing (No Multi-Lead Broadcast): Unlike directory aggregators that capture an inquiry and broadcast it simultaneously to multiple competing merchants, Seven Connect routes buyer contact details exclusively to the single respective seller selected by the buyer.
• Reseller Outreach Workflow: The chosen reseller contacts the buyer directly (via telephone, WhatsApp, or email) solely to verify stock, discuss custom technical requirements, provide GST pricing, and coordinate delivery or store pickup.
• Regulatory Disclosures: We may disclose data when strictly required by a court of competent jurisdiction, government investigative authority, or statutory law enforcement agency.

• End-to-End Encryption: All transmissions are secured over TLS/HTTPS 256-bit encryption. Database access is guarded with stringent role-based access control (RBAC).
• Right to Review & Rectification: Partners can review, update, and correct business information through their partner dashboard at any time.
• Data Retention: Partner records are retained for the duration of the active subscription and as required by GST laws (up to 8 years for tax records).
• Account Deletion: Written requests for account closure and personal data deletion may be submitted to info@sevenconnect.in and will be processed within 72 business hours, subject to statutory retention obligations.

• Parties agree to a mandatory 30-day Amicable Disclosure and Settlement period upon notice to info@sevenconnect.in before initiating formal legal proceedings.
• Any unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in English at Guwahati, Assam. The courts in Guwahati, Assam retain exclusive jurisdiction.
